AQUA KYOTO

If your tastes skew oriental, head to Kyoto’s cool Japanese cuisine, complete with sunken sushi bar and sumbiyaki charcoal grill. Menu standouts include chorizo filled rabbit leg with Scottish langoustines and saffron scented callaspara rice or try the butter roast fillet steak with seared grelot onions and wild garlic béarnaise.
