We couldn’t let this beautiful gesture out of our updates.
The amazing Amy Winehouse Sculpture, celebrating her 31st anniversary.
The bronze sculpture, which sports Winehouse’s signature beehive hairstyle, a star of David necklace and a live red rose in her hair, was placed in the heart of the Stables Market as a memorial to the singer, who died three years ago of alcohol poisoning aged 27.
The event, three years after her death, coincides with what would have been her 31st birthday.
Her father, Mitch Winehouse, said she was “in love with Camden” and it is the place fans most associate with her.
What a huge lost!
