Travelers, this year we have novelties. This hotel’s projects are coming alive and they have everything we need. Design, architecture were always a passion to me and seeing ideas coming alive make me fall a little more. Are you passionate about it too?
The UK’s first Hyatt Place Hotel, the 170-bedroom Hyatt Place London Heathrow/Hayes, aims to “cater for the multitasking traveller with a 24/7 lifestyle” with an open food market offering made-to-order meals and snacks available around the clock, free Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped fitness centre.
Child Graddon Lewis are the architects and designers behind this project.

The Hilton London Bankside is a purpose built height restricted hotel with a four-store glass atrium, 292 rooms and fitness center, complete with swimming pool, and an opulent ballroom with capacity for 700 guests. Art lovers will visit for sure this space.
The building has been designed by Dexter Moren Architects and features a split level design with one half of the building lower than the other to give two adjoining forms, linked by a glazed entrance and inner lightwell.
Opens in Summer 2015.

The 15 million pound Park Plaza Hotel on Western Avenue, Park Royal, in west London, the conversion of a former office building into a 168-room hotel is expected to open in 2015. Occupying a two-acre site opposite Park Royal underground station, the 6,750 square meter hotel offers four star accommodation over six stores. On the ground floor there’s a bar, restaurant, gym and conference facilities while rooms above have been designed and built off site before being stacked together to form the building.
